Job Description

Vitamin T has an EXCITING opportunity for a B2B Customer Marketing Manager in Fort Worth, TX.

We will only consider candidates that live in the immediately Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.

Strategic Responsibilities: 

  • Build rapport with customers to increase software utilization, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities 
  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns 
  • Connect with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle 
  • Identify key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, etc. 
  • Help marketing and sales meet business objectives (cross-sell, up-sell, migration, retention bookings targets) by building and executing successful customer marketing campaigns 
  • Measure the success of your campaigns by reviewing and reporting on results 

Tactical Responsibilities: 

  • Compose and send customer emails 
  • Create customer newsletters and onboarding materials 
  • Assist in organizing and running webinars 
  • Educate customers about products and services 
  • Target happy customers for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities  
  • Manage and maintain engagement and advocacy programs; continually recruit new customer advocates 
  • Review, and report on customer satisfaction surveys to drive change throughout the organization 
  • Develop a customer lifecycle campaign program and work with marketing operations and support to implement 
  • Create marketing content for account management/customer success to help at-risk customers with training 
  • Provide product feedback given by advocates to the Product Management team 

Qualifications: 

  • Experience working in a previous customer marketing role 
  • Expert in B2B marketing automation and demand generation 
  • Proven track record of successfully building demand programs from scratch and measuring and improving effectiveness of cross-sell and up-sell demand generation efforts 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Demonstrated self-starter 
  • Hands on experience using Pardot and Salesforce is a plus 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a nice to have 

Skills: 

  • Skilled in Asana, Marketing Automation (Pardot) and Salesforce (CRM) campaign setup/tracking 
  • Proven experience working with sales teams and executing campaigns that drive pipeline and sales 
  • Metrics, results driven; able to measure impact and ROI 
  • Ability to understand decision impact on other areas of the business 
  • Strong collaboration skills (collaboration required with creative services, content, and digital) 
  • Strong oral/written communications skills
