Head of Commercial Marketing (MUST BE FRENCH SPEAKING!)

I am working with a leading travel provider to find them a highly experienced Head of Commercial Marketing.
The Head of Commercial Marketing will own and lead the development of strong, clear and bold commercial plans for both the Leisure and Business segments. To develop and deliver Leisure and Business segment plans through a quarterly customer calendar – inspiring and leading cross functional teams between Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, Digital and Pricing/Promotions. To lead strategically important cross functional projects as part of their Supercharged Growth Strategy.
Play a leading part in the Customer Engagement team which is the “commercial heartbeat” of the company”.
A key member of the broader company leadership team with ownership of the Commercial Strategy and Go-to-market strategy and approach.
To lead the (executive management team) Directors and Head of functions between Customer Experience (Product, Brand and Insight), Customer Experience (Sales, Marketing, CRM & Digital) and Business Optimisation (Pricing & Promotions) through the commercial planning process. This is primarily a though leadership role and as a secondary objective to lead the process itself.
To ensure the commercial plan is hard wired into the Sales Revenue forecast to ensure confidence in revenue delivery.
To lead key strategic cross functional.
To convert the commercial plan and key strategic projects into a quarterly customer calendar, focussed on being big, bold and different engagement of the key customer segments.
To get all commercially related functions excited, inspired and focussed on the art of the possible and believing and delivering step change at every turn.
