Job Description


Our Corporate Communications & Marketing team helps employees and external audiences understand, value, and engage. We do it by telling creative and inspiring stories about our company, our people, and the impact of our work. We are looking for a creative, highly-motivated, adaptable and passionate Senior Integrated Producer, to report to our Creative Director. This person has an expertise in video, including digital production, content production and post production, and art content (video, photography, design, illustration, animation). A keen sensibility is a must. He/she is up to speed on the latest trends in video production and video editing technology, and has expertise with a wide range of video formats, including digital and social media. He/she is an expert creative problem solver who finds inventive solutions and works collaboratively with internal teams and vendors to deliver outstanding work Responsibilities • Work on a wide range of studio and field-based video projects, from 10-second ads for Instagram to 5-minute short films and everything in between • Oversee the creative process and help drive a project from creative brief to delivery and work closely with the marketing and communications teams to develop creative concepts • Source and evaluate quality vendors to ensure creative and production are supported by the best resources and the latest technological developments and techniques • Bring valuable feedback to our existing workflows and techniques, and offer a unique perspective as the most experienced person on the video team • Manage pre-production, production and post-production; managing vendors and internal partners Requirements: • Strong creative sensibility with a keen eye, knowledge and interest in videography, design, animation, illustration, photography (must help to elevate the brand) • Strong research skills and eye on industry trends (where to find unique and current creative partners including commercial, editorial and fine artists, cool blogs) • Strong interest and /or background in content production and the arts is a definite plus. • Integrated experience capturing motion where video or still photography is leading the production • Understanding of the production landscape for the most efficient ways to capture assets used across all mediums (print, digital, etc.) • Understanding of video production, post-production editing, storyboarding, on-site interviewing, lighting and sound engineering • Experience / understanding of Intellectual Property (IP) rights and copyright • Formalizing bid specs and bid packages; Actualizing and auditing vendor invoices • Ability to negotiate the range of usage /licensing rights • Formalizing video content and art estimates • 7 years of experience in television, digital communications, marketing communications or advertising; 4-5 years as a video producer • Collaborative mind set and ability to interact professionally with other employees, clients, and vendors • Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and deliver work under time constraints
