Job Description

My client is one of the big Global Technology Companies, and they are looking for an exceptional Program Manager for their ecommerce platform. It's a 12 month assign, paying up to £48 000 per annum PAYE pro rata. 

The Store is our owned and operated online store for products and services.


The focus of this role is to bring new locally relevant content to life, including: 

  • Support building and updating site content 
  • Work with various international teams on launching pages for new products 
  • Planning, building and executing on-site campaigns 
  • Supporting content development related to SEO optimization, A/B testing, and site improvements in order to enhance the customer experience and drive conversion 
  • Work with various teams in the hardware organisation to understand product/feature availability and add locally relevant flavor to on-site content 
  • Own end-to-end content review process for newly launching content across region 
  • Drive constant process improvements 
  • Support localization for site content 


  • BA/BS degree 
  • 3-5 years of experience minimum (ideally from tech/hardware or retail) 
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity 
  • Project management and organisational skills for fast paced environment 
  • Keen attention to detail and creative judgement 
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) and experience working cross-functionally with several different teams 
  • Ability to prioritize workload in multi-stakeholder environment 
  • Works well under pressure and tight deadlines 
  • Comfortable learning and using new tools 
  • Strong understanding of product positioning and marketing 
  • Data inspired 
  • Tech savvy 

Nice to have: 

  • Previous ecommerce or digital merchandising experience is a plus 
  • Experience with content management systems 
  • Working knowledge of 1 other EU language in addition to English 
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop 
  • Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 
  • Previous experience with bug tracking systems
