Job Description

A fashion client in NYC is looking for an Integrated Marketing Coordinator for a 6 month freelance assignment

The Integrated Marketing team ensures communications across all channels are consistent with the company’s brand  positioning and is engineered to deliver the sales plan. As part of this team, the Integrated Marketing Coordinator  will support the Manager or Assistant Manager, of Integrated Marketing in developing and implementing clear, crisp  and concise messaging and storytelling that align with campaign priorities and hierarchy. Exhibit the marketing behaviors for success: Curious + wants to learn, Adaptable, Action Oriented & Agile, Responsible & Problem Solver and Relationship Builder. 

Responsibilities: 
● Partner with IM Assistant Manager or Manager to create and execute omni-channel content for  areas of responsibility and campaigns that will drive traffic and sales plan 
● Ensure campaign deliverables are provided on time to partners 
● Ensure ad reqs are delivered on time, are complete, including features and benefits 
● Partner with sample coordinator to ensure sample deadlines are met 

MESSAGE CLARITY AND IMPACT: 
● Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team (including Digital Marketing, Site 
Content, Email, Social, Direct Mail, Creative, Visual, Events, PR and more) to help develop 
compelling and consistent marketing messaging and content 
● Partner closely with Project Management and Creative to bring to life clear, crisp and concise 
messaging and storytelling that aligns with campaign priorities. Include features and benefits. 
● Help create and complete campaign briefs that inspires and informs 

MERCHANT PARTNERSHIP 
● Act as a key marketing resource for merchant partners to secure the best Marketing offers and 
product that are aligned with the focus of each campaign

Educational Requirements 
● 4-year college degree (Marketing, Business or Communications preferred) 
● 0-2 years’ experience in Marketing preferred but not required


Technical Skills 
● Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint 
● Ability to learn corporate technology/systems quickly and thoroughly
