Content Marketing Associate

Full-time, On-site (Northwest Austin)

Temp to Hire (~6 months)

$55,000-60,000, plus benefits (paid hourly during temp period)

Do you have a knack for storytelling? Are you wondering how to best leverage your amazing PowerPoint skills? If so, you may have found your calling!

Our client is looking for a creative Content Marketing Associate to build compelling presentations that generate qualified leads. You will master the art of sharing our story across webinars, speaking engagements and collateral.


  • Maintain a consistent, lead-generating webinar and speaking engagement calendar based on industry trends, pain points, and needs
    • Develop campaign briefs for internal and external participants covering goals and objectives
    • Host planning calls to develop engaging titles, abstracts, and presentations
    • Host practice sessions to ensure a seamless production and the speaker’s comfort level with environment (webcast platform, meeting room, etc.)
    • Prepare integrated marketing campaigns (emails, paid advertising, and social media) to promote events
    • Produce live webinars including moderating, facilitating Q&A, and ensuring time management
    • Execute the post-event satisfaction and lead-qualifying surveys
    • Provide post-event scripts to maximize lead conversions with sales teams
  • Re-purpose presentation content in collateral, blog posts, and on social media
  • Communicate KPI’s to cross-functional teams and analyze data to make informed decisions for future events and communications
  • Manage expenses based on pre-allocated budgets
  • Build relationships with technology vendors, ensuring successful implementation of leading platforms and features


  • Degree in Marketing, Sales, or Communications/Journalism
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience on a B2B-focused marketing team
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and opportunistically
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to create well-structured, persuasive, and visual presentations
  • Robust project management skills
  • Analytical mindset – ability to develop KPI’s that drive better business decisions  
  • Thrives in an entrepreneurial setting – solid work ethic and open to change
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
