Job Description

Vitamin T has an EXCITING opportunity for a Digital Marketing Manager in Dallas, TX!

Relocation assistance is not offered for this position, so at this time we will only consider candidates that currently live in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and can be on-site Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities 

  • Manage and administer Pardot for the organization, including email distribution and lead form capture 
  • Utilize marketing databases, marketing automation and analytics platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics) 
  • Partner with senior members of the marketing team to develop lead nurturing and SEO strategies, orchestrate campaign execution, monitor activities, and measure results 
  • Leverage technical, intellectual, and creative assets to nurture leads, drive engagement, and increase conversion rates 
  • Collaborate with marketing team on digital marketing initiatives to improve lead generation, cross selling and retention 
  • Analyze data to enhance customer-targeted marketing with dynamic content and improved user experience with post-campaign analytics. 
  • Build landing pages within CMS and leverage lead capture forms for data acquisition where necessary 
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide strategic insights to enhance our understanding and improve decision-making, evolve the business, and drive measurable growth. 
  • Communicate results and insights to key stakeholders in order to support informed business decisions by providing in-depth analysis and recommendations 
  • Prepare and maintain a library of digital creative assets (e.g. email campaigns, landing pages, etc.) in support of sales, marketing, and business development efforts 
     

Qualifications 

  • Ability to develop and maintain marketing campaigns and events within Pardot and on varied industry standard platforms 
  • Knowledge of relational and marketing databases and the ability to establish effective procedures 
  • Ability to co-ordinate and manage simultaneous requests of varying size and scope 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 
  • High degree of technical proficiency and knowledge of Pardot, SalesForce, digital marketing and social platforms, and relational databases 
  • Highly self motivated and directed 
  • Keen attention to detail 
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
