Digital Delivery Manager: Entertainment

Working with one of the nations most trusted and recognisable brands, we are looking for a Digital Delivery Manager to join a successful and innovative team within the business, taking on a business critical role that can help directly improve customer and brand relationships.
We are looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to join our client team and focus on improving customer relationships, increasing customer engagement with digital journeys. You will be a crucial part of the team responsible for end user digital experiences, leading Product specialists, Designers, Developers and Analysts. Overseeing campaign activities across both digital and data teams and bringing together outside teams to collaborate with and ensure delivery. You will strive for constant growth and improvement, driving agile principles, values and ways of working.
During day to day, you will be responsible for delivering the online campaigns, managing the relevant teams and squads, leading the transition to an agile way of working. You will have regular communication with stakeholders, facilitating meetings and assisting with decision making.
You will sit in a delivery team of around 20 with a focus on customer journey and product teams delivering change right through the stack. You will focus on delivering new features and improving existing journeys for customers. You should be comfortable working across several disciplines within the delivery team including design, development, product and analytics.
You should have prior experience of digital delivery using a combination of waterfall and agile whether this is gained from agency or client side.
Skills & Experience
You will ideally hold with at least 3 years experience within a similar digital delivery role. You will have a recognised scrum certification and have worked within a digital product team.
Other skills required:
- Experience of running Agile teams from early on in their journey
- Know when to use Agile vs Waterfall as delivery methods
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with getting to grips with technical capability
- Confident with tools such as JIRA
