Our HR technology client is looking to hire a full-time Director, Internal Communications who can build and scale its global internal communications program. The ideal candidate will have a proven track-record of developing and building a program in a fast-growing, complex, and global organization, setting a strategy and managing a global team, and have extensive experience working with C-suite executives. You will be highly collaborative and thrive in a data-driven culture, develop KPI's to measure impact on the global internal communications team, and has prior experience setting global strategy and localizing that strategy in the countries where our client operates.
