Job Description

Vitamin T is partnering with a growing player in the medical/healthcare field for an in-person full time position ON SITE in Gurnee, IL. 

In this position, you will: 
 Understand the consumer-buying journey and evaluate how we can better leverage digital content to drive consumer marketing inquiries;
 Lead the redesign of company website in collaboration with internal stakeholders and outside vendors;
 Coordinate day-to-day relationships with agencies, programmers, content writers, link builders, and social media marketers;
 Ensure consistent brand standards, brand voice and best practices for content creation, distribution, optimization and maintenance;
 Analyze web metrics and dashboards with an emphasis on driving and measuring qualified leads
 Direct and report findings of comprehensive local and national website audits, plus competitive search analysis;
 Create and recommend SEO strategies and tactics (must have fluency in Google Analytics and website optimization tools);
 Lead monthly internet marketing training sessions for franchisees and local staff.


  • Technical – Technical health auditing and strategic recommendations, e.g. server health, errors, linking, site speed, database consistency
  • SEO – Website strategic, UX/UI modifications, SEO content recommendations and competitive analysis
  • Local keyword research and optimization recommendations i.e. code & content designed to maximize internet visibility Strategic direction for business listings including 8 primary directories and managing franchisee-level changes with Qiigo
  • Web Development – Strategic web development tool recommendations i.e. mass updating, find/replace, mass content updates, template revisions for UX/UI improvement
  • Training


 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, including UX/UI and SEO;
 Fluent in Google Analytics (GA certification preferred) and website SEO tools (i.e. Screaming Frog, MOX, SEMRush, Brightedge, Conductor, etc.)
 Thorough understanding of key search engine ranking factors;
 Ability to conduct relevant keyword research and make recommendations;
 Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify, communicate, and resolve problems;
 Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills;
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
 Ability to communicate effectively with developers & technical team
 Ability to work within a team and independently;
 Outstanding customer service skills;
 Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related experience.
