Job Description

One of Vitamin T's agency clients in Richmond is looking for a Digital Media Coordinator to work with their team on a part-time basis. 

  • Title: Digital Media Coordinator
  • Duration: 4 month temp assignment
  • Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week
  • Location: Onsite in client's Richmond office near Shockoe Bottom

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Launch, track, maintain, and optimize digital and social media campaigns for clients, utilizing Hootsuite, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook and Twitter reporting, etc. 
  • Partner with account managers to determine optimal campaign parameters, including creative and pixel requirements, goals, content calendars, and reporting format.
  • Manage and optimize ongoing campaigns to proactively deliver the best results.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and grow existing digital channels. 
  • Track, measure, and report all campaign activities
  • Resolve any delivery or performance issues. 
  • Assist in the development of media plans, keyword lists and content for digital and social media buys. 
  • Maintain budgets for paid digital and social media.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-4 years of digital marketing experience. 
  • Prior experience planning, implementing, tracking, and optimizing paid digital and social campaigns across a range of channels.
  • High quantitative and analytical skills. Able to draw strategic conclusions and insights based on data. 
  • Prior experience with Hootsuite or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge of best practices for Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Capable of analyzing & solve problems as they arise
  • Able to effectively communicate insights to team members and stakeholders. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team. 
  • Attentive to detail, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
