Job Description

Looking for an experience Content Marketing Strategist & Manager. Ideal candidate has the experience and ability to write concise and engaging copy to help market a variety of products. This is an onsite role 40 hours a week in Costa Mesa, will convert to permanent for the right person. 

* Must have experience in understanding and writing about complex products, B2B experience required! 


  • Write compelling content for product analyses, white papers, pitch decks, positioning documents, sales tools, bulletins and all other product-marketing materials, both long- and short-form
  • Editing and proofreading with an emphasis on brand consistency, messaging and readability
  • Research company/market information and summarize information to gain knowledge of the products
  • Develop an understanding of the market, identify buyer personas and needs, and the competitive environment
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans and strategies
  • Coordinate across groups to build a plan for creating product marketing materials 
  • Evaluating value proposition and positioning to clearly articulate product messaging so they resonate with target segments across all channels
  • Creating and managing compelling internal & external product content and other resources; including, but are not limited to: presentations, product sheets, videos, training aids, website content, white papers, objection handling, FAQs and case studies
  • Create content for sales enablement and product marketing teams


  • BS/BA preferred
  • 5+ years work experience in marketing and copywriting- having dealt with content creation for internal teams across marketing channels
  • Must have experience in writing for financial industries - with clear understanding of how various businesses partner with other businesses in that space
  • Ability to quickly learn information from a variety of sources, and then create compelling product marketing content and messaging using clear, succinct language
  • Ability to develop a content strategy – hierarchy and importance of information
  • Strong PowerPoint skills
  • Experience being able to ‘tell a story’ in a sales /marketing context 
  • General experience with the range of digital marketing strategies, channels and best practices 
  • Strong verbal and in-person communication skills that demonstrate interpersonal savvy 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and effective management of multiple priorities 
  • Excellent written communication skills - clear, concise and streamlined 
  • Highly proficiency computer skills and adept at evaluating, learning and adapting to new systems and tools
  • Content management tool/process experience a plus
