Establish requirements, timelines, and budgets for interactive engagements, ensuring quality and efficiency of project execution. Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project.
Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
Ensure the stages of the project are completed according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables.
Facilitate communication between groups to ensure all parties are aligned. Report on project/job status to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Collaborate with team members - Account, Content/Editorial, Creative/Design, Development, and Senior Leadership Team - to ensure teams are meeting deadlines and budget expectations.
Manage workflow process and best practice governance over MS Teams and project management platform.
Mitigate risk by anticipating potential executional barriers - identifying quality, budget, and timeline impacts, and developing possible solutions with appropriate input and collaboration.
Ensure Quality Control of all projects and jobs across agency.
Monitor resources throughout the agency on a continuous basis, ensuring client needs are always met and that execution of client work is distributed appropriately.
Minimum three years of traffic/production experience within an agency environment, with a strong concentration in digital
Outstanding knowledge of project management principles, processes and software in multiple disciplines, i.e. websites, print, video production, emphasis in digital work
Understanding of the full and short-term life cycle of initiatives
