Exciting full-time opportunity to join a growing company as a Digital Marketing and Experience Associate on their Medical team. If you are searching for a company where you can make a difference, co-lead the digital strategy, and work across an amazing organization, we’re looking for you! In order to be considered for this role you MUST have high-level experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or life science industry​ as a Digital Marketing Manager. 

In this role, you will partner with Global and Regional Strategic Marketing and Marketing Communications Associates to translate divisional, brand and business unit objectives into multi-channel strategies and plans. Further you will lead, as well as provide hands-on support for the tactical execution across channels (e.g. social, search and display), conduct performance analysis, and drive on-going optimization. You will play a key role in delivering the right messaging to the customer, at the right time, to drive deeper customer engagement.

Responsibilities include: 
• Interfacing and engaging with Global/Regional Marketing Leaders, Regional Sales Leader, Global and Regional Marketing Communications Associates, Global Digital Marketers, and digital vendors 
• Supporting development of the multi-channel digital campaign strategies and measurement plan with Strategic Marketing and Marketing Communications to increase customer engagement 
• Champion digital best practices and infusing them into marketing plans and tactics 
• Ensuring strategies and programs are delivered on time, while managing constraints and issues across functional teams 
• Providing additional hands-on tactical marketing support, assisting external agencies and graphic designers (traditional and/or digital) as needed in creating digital assets 
• Contributing to the development of an integrated channel plan and associated content strategy in partnership with Marketing Communications to maximize impact of engagement and leverage efficiencies across all channels 
• Operationalizing strategies in support of our global brands and customer/consumer relationships to grow our value, customer base, revenue and loyalty 
• Leading development of the tactical plan and execution of the online channels 
• Driving online campaign optimization recommendations based on campaign performance, customer insights, emerging channels and opportunities and strategic direction 
• Measuring and reporting performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against success metrics (Key Performance Indicators - KPIs) 
• Providing guidance on the digitization, and execution of content for omni-channel tactics 
• Staying abreast of emerging digital trends and providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate 
• Understanding and balancing business unit priorities, and providing the appropriate level of service 
• Acting as part of the Global Marketing Team, engaging with the Global Digital COE teams, as appropriate 
• Providing situational leadership and coaching to the global Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing peer groups on the process of developing and executing regional digital initiatives 
• Supporting the implementation of consistent ways in leveraging global platforms 
• Ensuring effective management of the digital channels, platforms and tools 

Required Job Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related education 

• 5+ years of broad experience in B2B and B2C managing omni-channel projects ideally combined with marketing experience 

• Experience using digital marketing platforms and web metrics tools 

• Demonstrated success in leveraging external vendors and internal stakeholders in developing and implementing strategies and programs 

• Basic HTML/CSS and Photoshop skills 

• Experience in delivering and measuring KPIs from omni-channel strategies and investments 

• Understanding of key digital trends, platforms, and channels 

• Previous experience working in cross functional teams and in a matrix organization 

• Strong leadership skills with a solution-oriented mindset 

• Excellent influencing skills and ability to integrate across businesses and functions 

• Ability to multi-task and meet/exceed deadlines
