Job Description

A enterprise level technology company in Irvine is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to join the team. Please see the day to day and requirements below! 

** Ideally looking for a candidate who has worked at a large company or in the tech space. This individual will work 40 hours per week onsite in Irvine CA. The role is a six month temp to hire with high possibilities of being extended or to permanent**

What are some things you will be doing day to day: 

  • Assist the program manager with coordinating marketing projects and programs 
  •  Identify red flags in projects such as schedule changes, roadblocks, and potential missed deadlines with the all stakeholders 
  • Support project schedules with direction from execution teams, marketing managers, and program managers
  • Support the project management of deliverables due for execution and reporting of programs and campaigns (list pulls, data entry, material collection/coordination, event logistics, internal communication, scheduling, marketing material creation, reporting, manage respective systems)
  • Work with the sales activation program, emerging vendor program, and product launch program 
  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns and list pulls 
  • Vendor onboarding 
  • Newsletters
  • Review Inbox and forward appropriate emails to specific regions 
  •  Co-Lead with Marketing Manager on overall event execution  (Shipping, file management,  catering, scheduling, podio deliverables etc) 

What you will need: 

  • 3+ years of experience working in marketing role
  • Ability to identify roadblocks and timelines within marketing
  • Experience communicating with vendors, must be confident in interaction
  • Must be able to go to other departments to ask for appropriate action items
