Marketing Automation Platform Experience: Any of the following: Marketo, Silverpop, Pardot, HubSpot or other platforms
Exceptional attention to detail, including precise and effective communications skills and a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
History of teamwork and willingness to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment where ambiguity is the norm and a high degree of proactive autonomy is expected.
Ability to communicate results clearly and a demonstrated focus on driving growth
Ability to work onsite during normal business hours (8:30am – 5:30pm)
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Knowledge of database architecture, marketing automation and processes.
Design and implement marketing data architecture to get the right data to the right teams.
Leverage mid-level SQL programming skills to run data queries across large volumes of data, multiple data extensions, and campaign history or modify existing queries to meet requirements of request if needed.
Experience with updating stored procedures and Begin Transaction/Commit/RollBack statements.
Perform routine database audits that includes review of business rules, data validation and augmentation, merging and purging duplicate records, etc.
Create and deploy manual and automated email campaigns for both internal customer databases as well as lead lists by coordinating with the email marketing communications production schedule and project management software to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Proactively partner with Marketing Managers to ensure correct audience segmenting
Create list segments for email requests using marketing automation software platform utilities
