Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects within tight timeframes and perform under pressure.
Very detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage expectations in a professional manner.
Excellent communicative skills and very comfortable working in a team environment, yet able to work autonomously.
Comfortable working in Microsoft Excel and able to learn and navigate new programs and project management tools including Workfront, Glip, Ingeniux CMS, etc.
Some marketing or agency experience preferred.
Open insertion orders for all regional markets based on vendor due dates and oversee their progress in Workfront.
Organize, package and send digital advertising assets to Starcom under set deadlines.
Work with regional division marketing managers to ensure that assets are developed correctly.
Maintain a comprehensive log of all online advertising campaigns for data purposes.
Interface with media buyer, vendors and divisions on a daily basis
Work closely with data team to troubleshoot performance dashboard tool
