Client: eCommerce Company rapidly expanding into a new office here in LA
Start: between 2-4 weeks

- Agency experience but wanting to be "in house"

Paid Social Media Specialist

Key responsibilities 
• Plan paid advertising strategy and budget for user acquisition and retention 
• Coordinate strategies with other teams in multiple time zones 
• Manage creative assets productions 
• Run attribution modeling and incrementality tests (match market, multivariant tests, RTC tests, etc.) in the social platform (eg. Facebooks) and externally (through attribution platforms) 
• Run feed/catalog based advertising, as well as different ad formats on FB, Snap, Pinterest, and Twitter 
• Implement sequential marketing campaigns with other media channels (PPC, Email, SMS, Programmatic, etc) 
• Measure the true impact, contribution and ROI of the channel to the overall marketing mix performance 

Minimum Requirements 
• 5+ years of overall digital marketing experience in E-Commerce/Web applications, preferably in direct to consumer environments 
• Bachelor/Master degree in either Business/Marketing/Economics/Statistics 
• Good understanding of all aspects of digital marketing and E-Commerce/Digital Advertising 
• Solid knowledge of website analytics and performance marketing reporting tools (Google Analytics, SimilarWeb, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) 
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Strong analytical skills and data- driven thinking 
• Exceptional English language proficiency 
• Ability to set priorities, foster cohesion and provide motivation to cross-functional teams 
• Ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively and thrive in a fast-paced, e-commerce environment
