Job Description

We are excited to share this agency opportunity with you! This position is perfect for someone who has thrived in a digital asset or web production role. This position is part-time, 20-30 (schedule will vary from week to week) hours per week and requires you to work onsite with their LA team. Also, once a month, you will need to travel to their external client, who's based in Iowa for a day onsite (expenses covered). 

Duties include: 

  • Learning BEAM (their site content management system). 
  • Reviewing, updating and maintaining the site content for accuracy, such as misspellings, dead links and missing images.
  • Reviewing, and if possible, responding to the inquiries submitted to the Help Desk, otherwise direct to correct stakeholders and ensure follow-up 
  • Update the homepage of the brand center ensuring the “features” and “new” sections are relevant. 
  • Respond to requests for access to the brand center (this requires access to an internal mailbox). 
  • Work with regions and platforms to ensure content is created and uploaded to the site. 

Experience Desired: 

  • Good writing and proofreading skills 
  • Experience working with a CMS
  • Hands on experience managing digital publishing platforms 
  • Ability to create basic digital art files for upload (PNGs and PDFS) 
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
  • Professional, competent, persistent and confident enough to work independently and to work with a diverse set of clients 
  • 3 years of experience


  • 20-30 hours per week - schedule will vary from week to week
  • Travel to Des Moines once a month
  • Length of contract 9-12 months
