Job Description

Looking for a Scrum Master/Product Manager to manage the full lifecycle of sprint projects and multi-month initiatives.

**MUST HAVE 2+ years experience as a Product Manager and/or Scrum Master in a technical environment for mobile, internet or software businesses, and working with internal development and product teams.


  • Manage and lead the full lifecycle of projects and features on the website from market requirements to product release
  • Work closely with product team to uncover obstacles and share those with key leaders/stakeholders
  • Champion product initiatives to leadership team
  • Act as a key product expert, evangelist, and advocate for initiatives and projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, synthesize, and codify market requirements 
  • Define, document, and articulate detailed product and business requirements for new products and major enhancements
  • Ensure that products and product capabilities deliver an optimal user experience
  • Constantly evaluate and assess competitive landscape
  • Set operational standards, processes, and procedures for the ongoing operation of products 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business/Marketing, or a technical field preferred
  • 2+ years of relevant scrum master and/or product management experience in technical and fast paced environment
  • Background in managing products through concept, scope, specification, design, prioritization, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
  • Must have experience with key product management functions, including writing requirements/user stories, creating mocks/wireframes/prototypes, market research, competitive analysis, product planning and reporting
  • Must be metrics and results driven
  • Experience in defining and developing products to meet customer requirements from inception to launch
  • Experience with current web-design trends and techniques (e.g. mobile first, responsive/adaptive design)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to drive results. 
  • Hands-on experience in Agile and/or Lean development methodology
