Your key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Expected to proactively monitor all aspects of a campaign’s delivery (performance and pacing) across all channels and delivery systems
Must be aware of holistic campaign performance at all times and is expected to identify optimisation opportunities both proactively and in response to requests to optimise from other parts of the team
Execute on identified opportunities by making live changes in delivery systems and by briefing other internal departments as required
Responsible for keeping the wider team informed about campaign performance
Use pipeline management tools to ensure the team has a clear view of what campaigns are coming up
Build a good understanding of our competitors and how our USPs compare to theirs
Understand, articulate and champion the product offering.
Build case studies to assist in additional revenue generation
Share your knowledge and act in a way that others can model themselves upon
The Central Operations Team is principally concerned with providing these services:
1. The implementation and optimisation of campaigns using a range of targeting criteria and tactics across different delivery systems to ensure campaigns meet performance expectations.
2. Finding automation potential for manual processes and finding ways to pull together disparate analytical information into actionable insights.
