Job Description

My client a production agency, producing advertising and marketing content for many of the world’s most famous brands, across all media around the world are looking for a visual merchandising co-ordinator with excellent advanced Excel skills. 

You will work on this high-profile client who has a significant presence with 1000+ retail locations across Europe. 

  • Create orders for new briefs and manage each brief through to completion. 

  • Manage a daily workflow tracker and daily finance tracker in excel, consolidating info from multiple sources

  • Manage vendor timings per project, ensuring they’re following their SLAs

  • Stock maintenance across all vendors, ensuring sufficient stock availability and arranging for destruction of obsolete stock to ensure storage costs kept to a minimum

  • Attend regular status meetings with the client

  • Creation of monthly/quarterly hindsight reports for the Senior Project Manager outlining what worked well / what could be improved internally, with the client and with the vendors

  • Continually review internal processes with the Senior Project Manager, striving to save time and costs without sacrificing quality

  • Support Senior Project Manager with database management, adhoc presentations and reporting

  • Ensure any issues are immediately flagged to the Senior Project Manager (including any proposed solutions) to ensure swift resolution and avoid further escalation

  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the business model, services and technology
