Vitamin T is partnering with an education learning company in the suburbs and looking to fill an exciting Creative Director position.
We are looking for someone to provide creative vision and overseeing the creative team. You will be responsible to lead the look and feel of brand (s) across various product packaging and design of digital ads, ecommerce, tradeshow and content.
Manage a creative team
Lead art direction, creative development and execution of all graphic design, packaging and product content design, marketing materials, catalog, ecommerce video and digital content, and tradeshow design.
Maintain brand integrity so that all deliverables meet or exceed stakeholder and customer expectations.
Allocates and manages labor resources (internal and external) and development budget, including review and approval of all projects, traffic flow and work prioritization.
Acts as principle liaison to internal and external partners to bring all products to life. Is viewed as a leader within the organization.
8+ years of graphic design/creative experience
5+ years experience leading teams, mentoring others and taking a hands-on approach to executing specific projects
Experience leading digital and print design
Expert knowledge of Adobe Create Suite
Strong illustration art direction skills
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills; able to work with all levels of the organization
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes in a consumer products environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate level)
