Our client is a large financial services company and they are looking for an enthusiastic marketing exec to join the team. You will be working predominantly in the digital marketing team reposting to the head of digital marketing. You will have a proactive attitude and be happy pitching on where needed to support the team.
Working closely with the digital marketing manager and with our external suppliers, your main duties will include:
Support member firms to build and manage their websites on the Drupal CMS system
Assist with ensuring all websites on the platform are up to date and meet brand guidelines and digital best practice
Respond to support emails via the helpdesk system, ensuring an appropriate level of service is provided to all members either directly or through our developers to address member firm issues and change requests
Support the development of future website improvements
Update the webmaster user guide as and when new feature updates are released
Support regional marketers on domestic digital marketing campaigns where they do not have local capability
Monitor and report on any misuse on all digital platforms
Respond to support emails to the Global intranet platform ‘
Assist on creating new pages/sections on the global intranet when required
Send out monthly internal E bulletin campaign
Assist with projects/tasks that involve the E-learning application
Escalate and identify bugs/fixes
Monitor and report on user engagement on the intranet
Working closely with the communications team, you will schedule and increase engagement through social media platforms
Brief requirements into the in-house studio to deliver creative assets for the digital team
Respond to online contact form queries and notify the relevant stakeholders when necessary
Proof and optimise digital copy as required
Monthly reports on support desks statistics
Assist with gathering data for management reporting and measurement of effectiveness of our activity
Social media platform development
Provide administrative support as needed as an active member of the team.
Assist in ad-hoc marketing projects as needed.
Personal qualities/skills that you should demonstrate in your role:
You must be an excellent communicator with a superb command of written English and unafraid of hard work who will embrace every task with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
A strong understanding of the principles of digital marketing and min 2 years’ marketing experience ideally gained within a professional services environment.
Experience in different CMS programmes, especially Drupal
Experience of Technical SEO
An understanding in Google Analytics, Google Search console and other web/mobile analytics tools
Demonstrate analytical approach and be focused on quantitative results
Superb general IT skills,

Clear and concise communication demonstrating experience of working with and influencing senior management
Strong attention to detail
