Job Description

Vitamin T in Chicagoland is looking for a Paid Search Manager, for a local e-comm client in the northern suburbs.  The ideal candidate will have experience managing Paid Media, specifically to Amazon as well as other partner retail sites to drive revenue growth and improve profitability. This position will plan digital media campaigns, optimize for performance, report on results and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborating between Creative, Marketing and Sales teams, this individual will be responsible for driving maximum ROI for the two unique eCommerce businesses.

This role will be temp-to-hire, onsite at the client in the Northern Suburbs


  • Amazon AMS advertising campaign maintenance across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico accounts: bid optimizations, campaign actions (keywords), budget pacing, and campaign planning & setup to drive sales within target ROAS goals
  • Amazon AMS video in search maintenance 
  • Daily & weekly AMS reporting & share out of key performance metrics
  • Support Amazon DSP (display/remarketing) and AMG (awareness) paid media campaigns
  • Support paid media campaigns at other retailers, such as Target and Walmart


  • Undergraduate degree required
  • A strong businessperson with solid financial acumen to complement her/ his functional depth in digital media marketing
  • Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with management, sales teams, peers and agency partners and manage those relationships to achieve media objectives
  • Data-Driven with excellent analytic skills; google analytics or other e-commerce analytics experience
  • Previous SEM/ Adwords / Bing campaign management experience; Amazon AMS/sponsored products experience a plus
  • Proven success hitting monthly goals for spend and return; optimizing/improving upon paid media campaigns, and managing media spend budgets
  • Results-driven attitude; a self-starter who thinks and participates effectively, both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to articulate her/his views crisply and convincingly
  • Takes action: proactive and resourceful in solving problems, making decisions and executing on goals
  • Owns results--follows through on commitments, takes responsibility, and produces quality results
  • Connects inside and outside the team; shares information transfers knowledge and seeks diverse input from others within the team and across the organization
