The Associate Marketing Manager- Products and Programs supports the Brand Manager and works with internal teams to coordinate, create, and execute marketing efforts to deliver against our annual marketing goals and align with our business initiatives. This includes project management oversight or support through various marketing campaigns (market research, product marketing, social media, advertising, digital marketing, and analytics) to support the brand awareness campaigns, new product launches, and ongoing marketing. This person is the “voice of the consumer” and will partner with marketing and product teams to translate business strategy into compelling messaging for our consumers.
Scope of Responsibilities:
The individual in this role may:
Develop creative briefs to support marketing campaigns and turn marketing concepts/ideas into actionable direction for creative.
Create and implement marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns as needed from quoting to final execution.
Create marketing calendar used to coordinate efforts within the marketing department and cross-functionally to ensure execution of fully integrated marketing campaign.
Create brand and product master content and push cross-functionally to ensure consistency across mediums and channels. Proof copy and content for impact, grammar, and accuracy.
Lead and/or collaborate with Field Marketing in the development of sales presentations and tools including sell sheets, PPT presentations, videos, and more.
Provide KPI reporting and utilize metrics to effectively measure the performance of marketing initiatives including catalogs, marketing programs, promotions, and campaigns.
Lead market and consumer research initiatives.
Interface with Product Innovation and Creative Teams during the product ideation and development process to maintain brand standards and provide consumer insight.
Lead ongoing SKU rationalization to determine what products are kept or discontinued, as well as provide insights on trends for opportunities for expansion.
Responsible for monthly and quarterly product sales analysis.
Other duties for this role will be assigned as necessary/appropriate.
3-5 years minimum marketing experience
Strong writing skills

Data analysis skills—ability to extract and organize data, perform calculations, establish causal relationships, summarize results and communicate conclusions.

Consumer/CPG Marketing Experience a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills
