Central London

I am working with a leading publishing house to find them a Display Account Manager to join their Global Operations team, which is responsible for planning and buying Digital Media worldwide. The team supports over 11 sales teams and works with more than 80 publishers in 40+ countries.

The role of the Display Account Manager will be to lead your client’s day-to-day Digital Display media activity, planning and overseeing a campaign from brief to activation and review. 

Responsbilities;

 

• Establish yourself as the key go to Display contact for your Clients and Sales teams

• Plan campaigns across multiple countries, different CMSs, time-zones and digital expertise levels

• Understanding of exchange rates and their mechanics

• Full understanding of 3rd party reporting, comparison with 1st party, discrepancies and how to address them

• Ensure full delivery of clients’ performance objectives as well as Pricing/ Quality KPIs

• Ensure delivery of best practice planning and buying product. You will have ultimate responsibility of all your markets’ output

• Assist clients in building future facing programmatic solutions and ways of working

• Manage internal relationships with other planning teams in local markets, as well as external relationships with clients, suppliers and 3rd parties

• Act as a problem solver, not only in creating solutions for client, but through identifying process fixes and better ways of working

• Proactively deliver insight, ideas, and innovation to clients, in the pursuit of both business results and award winning campaigns

The successful candidate will need to have:

• Ideally relevant experience in planning consumer facing Display Digital Campaigns

• Understanding of the digital marketplace, inclusive of ad-tech and programmatic opportunities

• Great negotiation skills and commercial appreciation

• Excellent relationships with media owners and 3rd party suppliers

• The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment; working under pressure and prioritise workload

• Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken

• Familiarity with DFP, Celtra, 3rd party tracking platforms, programmatic

• European languages a plus
