I'm representing a strategy-led communications and technology agency with the ability to conceive and create ideas, programs, campaigns and products in-house. Established in 2014, they have 50 staff in offices across Sydney and Melbourne, with clients from industries ranging from automotive, retail, energy and healthcare, among others.

● Ability to help merge their needs across content and video and realign our post production process

● Previous knowledge and work across a breadth of video projects and clients

● Experience working with different teams for different clients and ability to juggle deadlines accordingly

● You are able to manage post production on all video projects between clients, internal stakeholders and post production teams

● 3 - 5 years of experience with agency experience a big plus

● Extensive video post production experience

● You love to create

● High attention to detail and care to ensure polish is incorporated into every piece


● General project management experience for video projects or other content driven projects

● Interest in being client facing

● Experience using project management tools such as Harvest and Forecast

● An interest in helping out no matter the size of the project

● Keen to ensure best practice across the team

● Wanting to stay ahead of the game by upskilling during quieter periods

● An interest to be involved in the video process from sales to completion

● You ensure the highest quality when it comes to the output of content
