Job Description

Analyst Relations/PR Coordinator

The Analyst Relations/PR Coordinator provides support to the Senior Manager of Analyst Relations on the Corporate Communications team. We’re looking for someone with excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong organizational talents and a team-player attitude. This is a brand-new role on the team, with room to shape and develop the position over time.

Responsibilities include:

• Interact with influential industry analysts to schedule briefings, particularly around tradeshows, product launches and quarterly updates

a. Develop briefing documents that include analyst firm overview, analyst bio, engagement history, meeting objectives and key messaging

• Distribute to the analyst community key  information, including press releases, blogs and other high-profile news

• Develop, maintain and distribute briefing notes 

• Collect quantitative data from analyst engagements and coverage for reporting and measurement purposes

• Coordinate logistics for key analyst events (ex. Vectors, Analyst Days, Analyst Tours, etc.): 

a. Handle invitations/Save-the-Date emails, RSVPs and follow-up questions

b. Secure meeting rooms; coordinate required A/V; organize catering 

c. Book and manage travel logistics and itineraries 

d. Order gifts

e. Prepare supporting materials and finalize presentations  

• Secure approvals from analyst firms to cite their data, research or graphics 

• Shepherd analyst reports internally for reviews and manage input

• Develop and distribute quarterly analyst newsletter 

• Track “analyst hours” usage, manage user lists, assist with subscription renewals, and track reports

• Open and track POs; Process and reconcile vendor invoices

• Prepare and submit expense reports



• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience

• 1-3 years’ experience in a corporate setting

• Must be able to exercise good judgment regarding information, which may be confidential

• Ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment

• Customer service-focused, team player with ability to work collaboratively across functions

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work with attention to detail

• Experience using Microsoft products including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook

• Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills

• Experience in planning and organizing events with multiple stakeholders

• Exceptional interpersonal skills


Work environment considerations:

• Flexible working environment (hours and location)

o Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours 

• Some travel will be required for team meetings and support events 

• Proficiency in using collaboration tools, including conference calls, Zoom, Instant Messaging, video conferencing, etc.

• Ability to deliver on rush projects and urgent deadline requests
