Job Description

If you're a digital marketer with strong CRM background and European experience we want

to hear from you! This role will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital

marketing campaigns across all digital channels with the creative, media, portfolio planning,

research and digital marketing teams. This individual will play a key role in helping to drive

the acquisition and retention of customers in Europe.



Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate, including marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

Create and write appropriate briefs, drive creative development, and own all aspects of the process including cost negotiations, schedule management, approvals, research and analysis

Partner with project management team to ensure cross functional teams are aligned to campaign milestones and utilize their skills to streamline creative development timelines

Partner with research team to measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels

Evaluate emerging technologies, providing thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Manage and collaborate with internal and external agencies and partners


Required skills

Strong CRM background ideally within a similar industry

Demonstrable experience leading and managing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

Bachelor's degree

Experience in digital marketing with consumer companies/products and managing agency partners

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments

Solid knowledge of website analytics tools

Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Good understanding of mass (ATL) advertising media and methodologies


Preferred skills

EU experience (UK, Germany, France, Italy and Spain)

Fluency in German, French, Italian or Spanish highly regarded

Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

High attention to detail including precise and effective customer communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously

Superior verbal and written communications skills and the ability to interact with

senior management on a regular basis

Comfort and proficiency at leveraging precious resources, including marketing budgets and personnel resources

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is expected

Self-starter and comfortable working autonomously but communicating effectively to stakeholders

History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

Creative problem solver who is passionate about inventing new ways to approach retail
