Our client are one of the largest global communities specialising in online gaming, hosting some of the most popular online games in the world. Collectively, their brands have over 110 million registered customers, to whom they provide bespoke gaming experiences across online platforms, including iOS and Android applications. Our client have recently relocated their office to Leeds City centre and they are looking for talented people to join the design teams to work on high end deliverables.


Role Description


Our client are looking for a Lead Designer comfortable working across all platforms to produce high quality designs for marketing communications, advertising and internal projects. You will be an integral part of the team, working closely with the Design Manager and Creative Manager to assist with leading the wider team. Day to day you will working on a variety of projects, creating concepts and visual identities for various campaigns and promotions. You may also be asked to work across over brands and verticals within the business on occasion.


Another part of the role will include working with and assisting the Design Manager to build and maintain working relationships throughout the business, working on working processes and procedures. Your hands on design capabilities will play a crucial role in the development of projects and you will lead by example showcasing to the rest of the team the highest level of design work and attitude.


Skills & Experience


Our client are looking for an experienced hands-on Designer capable of taking on a Lead position to help steer the team to success. You will be a confident individual focussed on the development of the team as a whole, constantly striving for more, particularly from yourself. The ideal candidate will be experienced in working within a similar busy creative studio, whether from an agency or in-house brand.


Other skills include:

  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe CS
  • Strong conceptual capabilities
  • Previous experience working on visual identities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead by example
