Job Description

Our client is looking for a full-time Communications Coordinator the enhane the development and distribution of communications across the organization. 

  • Title: Communications Coordinator
  • Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Location: Onsite in Richmond, VA (no remote candidates)
  • Duration: 3 months with the opportunity to extend

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Publish content to the client's intranet site via SharePoint CMS platform
  • Analyze metrics for engagement with content on the intranet site via Google Analytics and in the internal Email CMS platform
  • Provide guidance to new team members learning to use the SharePoint CMS platform
  • Develop strategies to drive additional engagement with internal communications
  • Manage access to internal sites to ensure information is displayed to the correct individuals
  • Support internal stakeholders in the development of emails communications: write content based on intent, enter approved content into the PoliteMail CMS platform, publish email content

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5+ years of experience in internal comms, marketing, advertising, or some other related field
  • Proficiency with SharePoint CMS platform preferred. Will consider candidates with previous experience with other site CMS platforms. 
  • Previous experience with PoliteMail or another email CMS platform is a plus
  • Strong writing abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Highly collaborative
