Job Description

One of Vitamin T's clients has a great opening for a part-time Internal Communications Coordinator. 

  • Title: Internal Communications Coordinator
  • Hours: 10-15 hours per week. Hours will vary week-to-week
  • Duration: 3 months with the opportunity to extend
  • Location: Onsite 1x per week, remote the remainder

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and deploy email communications utilizing the client's internal CMS platform
  • Take content from stakeholders, proof/edit/make revisions as needed, plug into the CMS for review and approval by stakeholders
  • Write original content as needed. Take input from stakeholders to build emails and blog posts to effectively communicate the message to employees across the country. 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • 3-5 years of experience in an in-house marketing or agency environment
  • Previous experience utilizing an email CMS platform - PoliteMail preferred, but any email CMS experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) will be helpful
  • Strong writing abilities - capable of independently writing original content based on a simple prompt
