Our technology client in the real estate industry is looking for a Marketing Copywriter to write both short and long-form, clean and catchy, marketing content for consumers.
**This a 15-20 hour a week assignment remote OK, but with the ability to come onsite to meet in-person 1-2 times per month (Irvine, CA).
Collaborate with marketing and business leaders to develop a variety of consumer-facing materials and content including: brochures, flyers, blogs, one-page informational sheets, emails and social media posts.
Produce engaging, error-free content that adheres to the company’s style guidelines.
5+ years in professional copywriting roles
MUST HAVE experience in consumer facing roles (B2C)
Background in producing copy for print and digital applications
Experience in consumer-facing deliverables – non-technical, engaging and clean writing style
Understanding of SEO concepts preferred
Samples showcasing both print and digital B2C content
Ability to edit and refresh existing work to sound more consumer-facing
