We are seeking to eliminate duplication and reduce cost via a singular way of managing product and by retiring legacy systems and migrating the functionality to Oracle EBS and Master Data Management (MDM) systems. We are seeking a candidate with solid business analysis skills as well as strong technical skills and aptitude. The individual should be able to assist in the assessment and documentation of business needs and assist in the design and deployment of solutions. The candidate needs to be a self-motivated and energetic individual who can meet the challenges of a fast-paced environment and should be comfortable with change and working with partners at various levels.
Functional Business Analysis / Requirements Definition Partner with project leader(s) and various corporate business and functional partners to define solutions for business needs, eliciting and documenting the entire scope of business requirements, identifying gaps and approach recommendations. Capture and interpret the new and existing requirements in a holistic manner Review and analyze current state processes, business requirements and identify gaps in functionality within target system environment Identify process improvements, standardization and simplification opportunities as we embrace global design Data collection, quantitative and qualitative analysis, process mapping, root cause problem solving, and solution design Communicate analysis results and make recommendations to business partners and technology team partners. Map future state workflows as required Partner with project lead(s) to create test scripts and coordinate UAT Testing Project Management Assist project leader in defining project scope and approach Develop and monitor project plans and work schedules Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner Prepare project status updates Support project lead(s) in organizing recurring and adhoc team meetings to provide visibility to progress, deadlines and issues.
