Job Description


The Client Manager—Marketing Communications is the marketing lead for multiple global client programs and is responsible for devising, executing and measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to support the clients’ partner sales and marketing programs. This is a client-facing role and is responsible for initiatives designed to educate and engage clients’ partners who are the target audience for the marketing programs. Marketing initiatives may include both online and offline marketing vehicles such as email, web site content, digital media, copywriting, campaign management, marketing automation and other marketing deliverables. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in working within a team as well as within a dynamic client environment. 


  • End-to-end leader for education and engagement marketing initiatives in support of clients’ partner sales and marketing programs
  • Develop and cultivate strategies and tactics to build short- and long-term loyalty program engagement
  • Anticipate client needs in order to deliver valuable and timely content
  • Coordinates and manages marketing requirements, expectations and satisfaction for integrated business marketing communications plans and deliverables
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creates content and copy such as email, surveys, websites and program collateral
  • Collaborates with Graphic Designers, Copywriters, Program Management, Program Administration, Third-Party companies, and other team members to conceptualize, develop and implement communications projects
  • Helps maintain a consistent voice and image through brand, style and messaging guidelines
  • Determines campaign ROI and reporting for all marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years B2B marketing communications experience (ideally in the software industry)
  • Proven experience working remotely successfully
  • Demonstrated experience in improving target audience engagement through education and engagement marketing initiatives
  • Experience working in channel marketing, rewards/loyalty in the high-tech industry is preferred
  • Working knowledge of communications strategies
