We are looking for an experienced, versatile, energetic hands on Global Head of Production who will play a key leadership role in creating & shaping an incredible new production unit, built to service one of our agency client's largest & longstanding clients; a leader in the automotive industry.
The Global Head of Production is directly responsible for all NA production as well as oversight over regional based production houses. This lead production role will be responsible for leading integrated production, which encompasses the broad and diverse output of the agency – from digital, mobile, social, broadcast, print, and experiential through to internal corporate communications, short-form and long-form branded content, and various programs.
With a keen focus on quality and efficiency while delivering concierge level service to clients, agency partners and stakeholders. This will include shaping and planning production activity, ensuring we have the right talent; the best production process and our ability to deliver on our client commitments. Your strategic approach will inform and support change such as business transformation and organization redesign.
• 15+ years of production experience and/or other business-based projects in a leadership capacity
• 10+ years of experience in client-facing position.
• Experience managing large-scale corporate development projects
• Strong experience overseeing implementation of marketing campaigns within a cross discipline matrix organization
