Job Description

Looking for a Content Strategist who will be responsible for establishing, guiding and coordinating the execution of content across multiple channels for various clients and vendors.

The position will work with stakeholders to determine strategy and drive forward efforts to create the necessary content with either internal or external resources.

This is a Temporary role, 1-2 months & 20 hours a week onsite in Irvine, CA. Potential to extend and increase in hours.


  • Meeting with Account Managers and Vendors to learn about their goals/objectives
  • Create content recommendations to support the goal (ie. a digital marketing campaign or internal sales collateral)
  • Determine if a true content messaging strategy is needed
  • Create written documentation to map out the strategy and deliver consistently message across all platforms
  • Establish messaging guidelines
  • Determine whether to create new content or repurpose existing content
  • Ensuring that the content produced is aligned with guidelines
  • Coordinate and plan content for marketing programs including calendars, landing pates, white papers, infographics, social media, etc.
  • Managing assets and eliminating redundant efforts
  • Coach writers to make the content more impactful


  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, PR or related area
  • Expert knowledge in digital marketing channels and content creation
  • 5+ years experience in marketing, corporate communications, publications, etc.
  • Experience in B2B or Tech environment a PLUS!
  • Background in writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Expertise in managing multiple projects and/or clients at once
  • Identifies priorities and plans accordingly
