Vitamin T's client in Virginia Beach needs a Marketing Coordinator to help manage key initiatives. This is an ideal position for a highly organized, motivated marketer.
Title: Marketing Coordinator
Hours: Full-time. Up to 40 hours per week.
Location: Onsite in client's Virginia Beach HQ
Duration: 4 months
In-Store Marketing Support
Coordinate the production of in-store marketing materials (posters, signage, flyers, tags, etc.). Ensure agency partners correctly produce materials and deliver them on time. Visit stores to ensure materials are properly displayed.
For new promotions, create a digital playbook in PowerPoint highlighting 1) what the promotion is; 2) what collateral stores will receive; and 3) what media is supporting the promotion. Use visuals and sound/video files to playbook to make the playbook informative as possible.
Place orders from store locations to agencies for production of necessary assets.
Corporate Marketing & Social Media
Track inventory of physical marketing materials stored at corporate. Make sure existing assets are used before ordering new materials to be printed.
Entering metrics from online and vendors into the consolidated Marketing Dashboard
Manage paid and organic social activity. Collaborate with Marketing Director to execute messaging and analyze performance on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Assist corporate Human Resources team with campaigns to promote job openings
Minimum 1-2 years of marketing experience in an agency or in-house. Marketing Coordinator, Account Management, or Project Management experience is ideal
Must be able to manage multiple initiatives with different stakeholders and timing simultaneously
Previous experience using Google Drive preferred
Experience with project management softward (Basecamp, Slack, Trello, etc) is a plus
Inventory management experience and/or experience managing 3rd-party vendors is a plus
