Our client is looking for a producer to join their creative team and manage the end-to-end creative process for various high profile clients in the delivery of their dynamic campaigns
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's largest media OOH businesses on a permanent basis, with a salary on offer of up to £31,000 per annum + 2 annual bonuses plus further benefits.
Your key responsibilities will be managing all of the detail; from initial planning, to keep the project moving – working with the Project Manager you’ll ensure timings and quality expectations are met, and that your projects deliver profitable revenue.
As the ideal candidate, you’ll be able to confidently present work, make complex ideas simple to understand and keep all parties up-to-speed as projects progress.
Your core role responsibilities as a producer will be;
Managing the creative processes with colleagues and partners to produce ideas
Preparing proposals for new work, including preparation and management of project budgets
Creating user journeys illustrating desired behaviours and interactions
Building Campaign Plans covering project services, deliverables, costs, timelines and risks
Writing Supplier Plans, in conjunction with the Create Project Manager, detailing production specifications for suppliers to adhere to
Working with the Project Manager to cast the right production partner for each brief
Management of relationship with external production houses, ensuring all partners are kept updated at each stage of the delivery
Ensuring excellent relevant and timely communication with all project stakeholders, including briefing suppliers on each task and deliverable
Managing approvals on all project documentation and deliverables
Key skills as a great creative project manager;
A demonstrable track record of conceiving, executing and delivering digital creative solutions
Excellent knowledge of digital media production processes
Confident in delivering proposals and presentations using tools and technology
Organised with the ability to plan and manage multiple briefs to meet deadlines
Experience of working with suppliers of creative services
Awareness of current tech/digital media platforms/social, emerging tech, brand/agency ambitions.
