The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for the deployment and management of brand ambassador teams throughout the CA market.
Increase brand awareness for key brands including beverage and topical offerings
Oversight of all partner collaboration efforts to drive retail store sales
Handle market communication strategies throughout the CA market
Collaborate with sales and marketing departments in the implementation of partnership
promotions and programs
Proactively identify new growth and market opportunities
Generate KPI reporting to establish success level of market engagements
Create market penetration plan(s) to determine best use of deployed assets
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelors’ Degree in marketing, public relations, business management, business administration
or another related field.
3-5+ years’ experience in public relations, business management (preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This position will hold supervisory responsibilities.
