Job Description

Our client, an international architecture firm focused on meaningful transformation through architectural services, planning, interior design, brand strategy and consulting services, is looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join their firm, on a temp-to-perm basis. The marketing graphic designer works closely with marketing and communications peers and senior creative staff on a wide range of projects across traditional and digital mediums, including internal and external marketing campaigns; the firm's public website and corporate intranet; client pursuits and presentations; and marketing materials. 

Required Experience 
• 3-5 years of graphic design experience 
• Bachelor degree in graphic design or related field 

Primary Responsibilities 
• Provides graphic support for the department and broader firm including internal communications, external communications, presentation materials and marketing events 
• Contributes to the firm’s digital marketing efforts, including website design and development, interactive collateral, digital presentations, social media and email marketing campaigns 
• Supports marketing and business development staff in assembly of pursuit materials and client presentations as needed
• Develops and manages marketing collateral and brand standards with a high level of detail and organization 
• Collaborates with creative staff and performs graphic design workload appropriately 

Required Competencies 
• Knowledge of user interface design and user experience design processes and methodology 
• Experience using web analytics to inform design decisions 
• Experience building and editing web pages with HTML, CSS, PHP or other current web technologies 
• Wordpress and / or SharePoint experience a plus 
• Working knowledge of social media in a business environment 
• Strong eye for detail 
• Ability to prioritize workload, multitask, meet deadlines and collaborate with a creative team 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud programs
