Job Description

Our client, a local powerhouse in web design and all things digital marketing, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for their Paid Advertising business. 



  • Working with Online Marketing Team, Copywriters, Project Managers, Strategists, Development Team Members, Designers and Programmers in the conception and execution of marketing plans
  • Managing multiple paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple industries
  • Assist in estimation of budgets and volumes for prospective client proposals
  • Audit search, display, and social efforts of potential clients and provide insight as to how ROI can be increased
  • Be responsible for the paid budget allocation, planning and paid social setups
  • Research and analyze appropriate potential social media platforms on which to advertise
  • Competitor analysis to support keyword and other demographic research
  • Responsible for bid management, keyword research and specific country targeting.
  • Ensure evaluation and tracking is in place to monitor campaigns
  • A/B testing setup and tracking


Must Haves


  • Superior written and verbal language skills.
  • Proven history of leading teams without direct authority (there are no supervisory duties in this role)
  • Track record of working closely with and delighting clients
  • Advanced experience with researching, coordinating, developing, posting and monitoring paid marketing campaigns, both search and social.
  • Solid grasp of online marketing strategies including SEO, paid search, social platforms, content marketing, targeting, and retargeting.
  • Up to date, working knowledge of paid search and paid social platforms and campaigns.
  • Excellent research skills
  • Ability to efficiently organize workflows and deliver on deadline.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S. /B.A.) from a four-year college or university in the areas of marketing, advertising, communications, English, business administration, project management, computer science, information technology, or a related-field
  • Minimum of three years managing a high volume of PPC campaigns or subsequent budgets; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
