We are partnering with an award-winning international market leader in the financial services sector, looking to find a Head of Marketing in order to guide the business through an exciting stage of transformation and subsequently taking the team from strength to strength as the offering continues to grow.
This is a newly created role which will focus on building and leading a successful marketing team to help drive the business even further forward by engaging with new and existing customers in the financial space.
Working with the wider operating committee, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring consistency of brand messaging across all channels and campaigns.
Drafting annual marketing plans in order to achieve business KPIs, identifying competitor strategic dynamics and reviewing existing data sets and insights.
Collaborate with partners to develop briefs for large complex campaigns and initiatives.
Ensures brand consistency throughout all marketing materials and manage each campaign ensuring you stick to desired budgets and timelines.
Identify target audience and make suggestions to further enhance sales for those selected segments.
Test new consumer concepts and leverage customer insights and analytics to provide input into new marketing or service strategies.
Create an exciting brand development strategy.
Proven track record in Financial Services or Banking.
Experience of growing and leading a successful marketing team.
Ability to manage diverse and remote teams.
A background in developing marketing solutions to assist with complex business problems.
Excellent stakeholder and third-party management ability.
Customer-centric approach – always thinking of new ways to enhance the customer experience.
Skilled in identifying marketing opportunities across the business.
