Awesome opportunity for a mid-level SEM Paid Search Specialist to join an exciting Portland agency. Must have 3-5 years in all things Paid Search, with the ability to not only be strategic but also execute on paid search/ SEM campaigns. Prior agency experience and Google AdWords Certification are required.
In this role you will be accountable for strategic day-to-day creation and management of complex and sophisticated search campaigns, as well as insightful performance reporting. In this role you will demonstrate thought leadership and professional communication skills by developing and delivering client facing materials, such as presentations, Point of Views, business cases, and performance reports.
Develop and present strategic PPC strategies and recommendations based on client goals
Develop and execute intent/testing (e.g. A/B or multivariate tests, for key SEM performance levers such as ad copy and landing pages)
Day-to-day management of campaigns, including: bid management, budget allocation, forecasting, performance monitoring, creative testing, keyword expansions, etc.
Monitor paid search trends and investigate irregularities in performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
Stay up to date with search industry best practices and share with agency teams and clients
Comprehensive data analysis and problem solving skills; able to draw conclusions and devise strategic recommendations based on findings
Prior experience working directly with clients is required
3+ years experience with SEM & PPC in an agency environment
Proficient in Adwords, SEMRush, Data Studio, GSuite, and AdWords Certified
Robust Google Analytics reporting capabilities that inform meaningful insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate complex information clearly to internal teams and clients
Track, and analyze website analytics to surface insightful reporting
