Job Description

Seeking a part-time Digital Marketing Specialist. Part-time hours are flexible, but expected to fall into the 9:30 am to 3:00 pm range, 4 days per week. Remote work an option, but strong preference for a Dallas-based resource. The role will include: 
· Work with consulting subject matter experts to develop relevant content topics to reach the company’s target clients. 
· Create, curate, and manage all published content through appropriate marketing tools (currently HubSpot and related channels including Twitter, LinkedIn, Email campaigns) 
· Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts, including offline networking in key markets (Dallas, Chicago, Denver, Phoenix and the Northeast) 
· Work with outsourced marketing firm and support design efforts for promotions and Social ad campaigns. 
· Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed. 
· Compile reports for management showing results (ROI). 
· Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics. 
· Support market research efforts 
· Monitor effective benchmarks (Best Practices) for measuring the impact of social media campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results. 

Client Description:

A boutique strategy and M&A firm


· Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing. Marketing degree is welcomed but not required with relevant work experience. 
· Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in social media. (Give links to profiles as examples). 
· Proficient in content marketing theory and application. 
· Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing. 
· Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly. 
· Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research and Google Analytics. Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social.” 
· HubSpot experience
· Graphical design capabilities a plus
