Non-profit events organization is looking for a part-time digital events specialist to help set up and manage event web pages (via Eventbrite), invites and follow-ups (via MailChimp), and list management (via Google docs and MailChimp). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and day-of event logistics planning are bonus.
This position is part-time, about 20-25 hours per week, starting late March and running 5-6 weeks. The position is ideally onsite, but there is room for flexibility (ie. only come into the office 1x week). Must be local to Bay Area.
1-3+ years of event production or coordination experience
Experience with Mailchimp, Eventbrite, and Wordpress experience is preferred
Adobe Creative Suite and day-of event logistics planning are bonus
Bay Area Resident
MUST be able to start work between March 21-26
Work closely with Marketing Coordintor to:
Manage event web pages (Eventbrite)
Manage event invites and follow-ups (MailChimp)
Manage event lists (Google Docs and MailChimp)
