My client, a fantastic major multinational telecommunications company is looking for a lead Campaign Manager, your role will be responsible for managing a team of data literate marketers to build targeted direct marketing campaigns using specific campaign management applications and execute these through a variety of digital and traditional channels.

The main criteria for this role are management responsibilities of up to 15 people - the role is hands off. You must have proven campaign experience, you will have data analytics knowledge and you will have knowledge of software: Paga, Adobe Campaign, Uncia.

What are your duties:
 Responsible for quality of all marketing communications – right customer / right time / right message
 Responsible for efficiency & best practice sharing of the chapter across multiple independent base marketing squads
 Responsible for recruitment & training of the team for next-generation campaign tools/always on marketing
 Responsible for ensuring legal restrictions are adhered to – e.g. Customer marketing preferences/customer communications rules / DMA guidelines etc.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
 Experience in working across large customer data sets and with campaign management tools (e.g. Unica) & associated processes. Preferably in large telco.
 Ability to engage & inspire a highly skilled team of data driven marketeers
 As a direct marketing expert, a key part of the role is to guide and advise on the most effective structure, targeting and deployment methods to increase revenue and drive customer satisfaction.
 Stakeholder management – work closely with a wide variety of
 Responsibility for campaign effectiveness (no direct P&L responsibility) and overall customer journey experience.

 Internal stakeholders to understand priorities of the business & set delivery expectations.
 Supplier Management – work with several 3rd parties to ensure quality processes for end to end campaign execution.

Must have technical/professional qualifications:
 Relevant Degree – Marketing / Statistics / Computer science
 Institute of Direct Marketing Diploma an advantage
 Understanding of SQL / Campaign Management tools & processes
