Job Description

My client is looking for a talented and versatile Senior In-House Art Director / Designer to join a busy and fast-paced design and production team based in Central London. You will be be ideas led in your approach, have a strong appreciation for good creative operations and be happy to roll your sleeves up and get on with delivering the design jobs at hand. 

You will probably have worked for an in house design team or a corporate communications agency (and have a portfolio that covers this scope of work), you have a strong Design eye across both print and digital assets as well as presentation/pitch work. You will be happy to mange and mentor your team around best design practise and be able to deliver constructive feedback to help them deliver above and beyond where possible. 

You will have a collaborative working approach with all team members around you, including, but not exclusive to: 

  • Internal stakeholders: Knowing when to deliver and when yo over deliver
  • Team: how to influence and create buy in around process and change management
  • Design: having the ability to evangelise great design solutions appropriate & immerse your self in new and better ways of working. 

In short you will be a strong designer, have a creative ideas side, be able to find (& implement) creative and operational solutions and have the ambition to drive your team to deliver above and beyond the current remit of the role within a corporate comms/inhouse environment. 

Our client is a global communications business known for for insight, advice, planning, and campaigns, you will be part of a small delivery team and will work alongside a well known 

Must have Adobe Suite, MS Powerpoint & Office & ideally some HTML & CSS.
