Senior Specialist - Website Marketing

The Marketing Operations team with our client, a leader in the real estate sector, is looking for a creative and analytical Website Marketing Senior Specialist.  Your will be helping their Rentals and New Construction B2B Marketing teams develop world-class strategies by aligning and improving systems, processes and metrics.  You will have the opportunity to execute on new campaign web experiences, support onsite marketing programs and drive conversion rate optimization strategy to support an exciting, new business growth strategy. You are an amazing marketer and technologist that never loses site of the B2B customer journey.

You’ll work with the rest of the Marketing Team to make campaigns and demand generation come alive on our landing pages. You’ll also make our sites a great place for people to come and learn about their B2B offering in the emerging marketplaces of Rentals and New Construction advertising.

In this role you will:

  • Collaborate with internal clients, marketing teams and channel owners to help build web experiences and support their web needs.
  • Create and manage website page development project plans and schedules.
  • Write copy based on value prop messaging with input from SEO, Marketing Managers and with an editorial review.
  • Work closely with Design to build in custom WordPress template while guaranteeing brand alignment and phenomenal UX.
  • Implement and report on performance tracking aligned with conversion goals and ad campaigns.
  • Audit existing pages for consistent customer experience and drive updates.
  • Ensure consistent tracking, analysis, and reporting of core website and web product KPIs.

Who you are:

  • 3+ years working in digital marketing.
  • Ability to drive strategy around conversion opportunities, landing page builds, and technical fixes to get results.
  • Experience using a CMS, preferably WordPress.
  • Exceptional project management skills
  • Thorough understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Experience using Google Analytics preferred
  • Experience managing organic acquisition efforts including SEO programs and conversion rate optimization projects is preferred
  • Excellent communicator, with strong interpersonal skills (written and oral).
  • You can build bridges with internal teams, and to effectively coordinate efforts across diverse groups to execute on key initiatives and motivate change.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • You have high attention to detail and extraordinary organizational skills.
  • BA/BS in marketing, economics or statistics or like field required.
